I’m delighted to announce that I’ve joined the Harborne Movement Therapy team as their pregnancy & postnatal fitness specialist and I’m now taking 1-2-1 and small group personal training bookings at the clinic on Earls Court Road.
My expertise in helping women to workout safely and effectively during pregnancy, to rehab post birth and to ultimately get back to the sports and activities that they love really complements the great work that Mike Grice (the Clinic Director) and his team do at the Movement Therapy Clinics. In case you haven’t come across them before…the team are an amazingly talented & multi-disciplinary bunch with a passion for helping people to move better and to be free from pain. Their wide-ranging specialisms include biomechanics, physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports therapy, rehabilitation, nutrition, cognitive behavioural therapy and much more. And Mike is a renowned educator and speaker on both the UK and global stages on all matters to do with sports therapy and injury prevention. My class timetable and existing personal training commitments will continue as before and the option of having me train you in your own home around your family commitments will always remain. I understand only too well the challenges of trying to get your workouts in when you have small children at home with you! But for those of you looking for a change of scenery, more space, a wider variety of kit, or to workout with your “mom friends” in a small group (an option that’s growing in popularity with women who want to workout together and to share the cost), please do get in touch.
