About: this specialist post natal programme has been designed to support your recovery, to help you regain & progress your fitness post birth and to help your restrengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles. My inclusive class will help you to get back into exercising safely and effectively (even if you weren’t particularly active during pregnancy). It’s also a fantastic way of meeting other local moms for support and friendship and our WhatsApp group enables this to continue outside of class.
Whilst your little one remains your responsibility, I provide a supervised children’s corner (with mats and toys) in the same room to give you the best chance of getting your workout out in and reassurance that there’s an extra pair of hands available to help out, as needed. There is space in the hall for car seats / bouncy chairs / pushchairs so please bring whatever works best for you.
