
Athlete 12
Introducting Holistic Core Restore ® Athlete 12...a 12-week progressed pelvic floor friendly HIIT programme, designed with fat loss in mind.
12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately, 12 weeks of getting fitter, faster and stronger and being able to go for longer, ideally having already built a strong foundation with your core and pelvic floor.
This programme runs for 12 weeks and you get two coaches for the price of one! I'll take you through your main workout each week and the course creator, Jenny Burrell, will take you through your Athlete 12 home workouts, which are approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed.
The programme will start with set up, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point. Every single week, the workout is progressed so that you get FITTER, FASTER AND STRONGER. You’ll do another fitness test at half way to help you see your progress. And 100% you will have progressed. Then we keep going until you hit your grand finale, your final fitness test at week 12 and Graduation Day!
Kit wise, you'll need a couple of inexpensive items and I can either provide a kit bag containing the bands and balls for an additional fee or links to places you can source them yourself:
- dumbbells (starting lighter and progressing as the weeks go by - think c. 2kg going up to c. 5kg)
- 2 plastic cups
- a long resistance band
- a mini band loop
- a pilates / soft kids ball to squeeze between your knees
- a massage / spiky / tennis ball
And if you need support with your nutrition too to maximise your results, I'm here to help - either on a 1:1 basis or in a group setting as part of my nutrition jumpstart.
P.S. You can follow this programme 100% virtually and DO NOT have to be a Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman Graduate to attend. If it’s suitable for your Pelvic Health Status, after our usual pre-screening (and modifications can absolutely be made) ….you’ll be ‘good to go’!!
