A 6-week pelvic floor friendly programme designed with fat loss in mind. It’s c. 20 mins in length and ideal for Revive & Thrive clients.

In terms of the difference between my various postnatal classes…

  • The gold standard starting point for returning to exercise post baby is my Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman course which is NOT included within my monthly membership. Everywoman is also the rehab that many women skipped and could do with going back to do. So if you’re looking to address any leaking or continence issues, to heal a small tummy gap or to build strength to improve a mild prolapse then this is the programme for you!

  • Revive & Thrive – c. 40 minute core & pelvic floor friendly circuit and HIIT training suitable for all.

  • Holistic Core Restore® Heat a 6-week pelvic floor friendly programme designed with fat loss in mind. It’s c. 20 mins in length and ideal for Revive & Thrive clients.

  • Tough Mutha / Athlete 12 – more intense and challenging circuits & HIIT workouts for those with a level of fitness already and ideally strength in their core & pelvic floor. Regressions / alternative options are available for non-pregnant women who are still working on this but it’s not suitable for those at the beginning of their rehab journey.

  • Boxercise – combines boxing training (without getting hit!) and exercise in a fun, stress busting session, which is underpinned by the key principles of postnatal recovery.

  • Holistic Core Restore® Fit2Run – is designed to give you the very best foundation for your new or already established running habit. From the ground up, we’ll be focusing on the mobility, stability and muscular demands of running. Fit2Run® will help you to understand the importance of the ankle, hip and spine and the movement patterns that will help you to become an efficient runner whilst minimising injury risk.
