We’ll really get to the heart of what’s not working in your life currently, addressing any barriers and challenges head on, before getting crystal clear on what you want and need going forwards. The result? A clear vision for living life on purpose, that you can then start to act on. Guided by my tried & tested Stop, Simplify & Shine system, YOU’RE going to develop a compelling vision of what YOU want YOUR life to look and feel like, along with a clear action plan of HOW to get there.

And I’m going to provide the best of the tools and coaching that I’ve spent nearly a decade learning, whilst walking alongside you in this journey. Also by giving you daily opportunities to feel seen and heard in a flexible way that works around your busy life. And which enables you to get support in a timely manner, when you need it most.

Plus, you get the HUGE added bonus of access to my extensive workout library throughout, as well as lots of invaluable information on nutrition & gut health, on strength & suppleness, on menstrual cycles & hormonal transitions and on stress, sleep & recovery.

We all know that working out WHAT to change is only the tip of the iceberg, the magic comes in working out HOW to do it and that’s why we’ll be going deeper. This is about you designing the map for the next phase of your life, whilst having accountability and support along the way.

Step 2: SIMPLIFY

Health & wellbeing is made up of small consistent choices, not one large perfect action. So we’re going to let go of the idea of perfection, get super clear on our priorities & values and put boundaries in place to ensure that you succeed. The focus here is on taking action and doing more of what matters. Be prepared to start experimenting with doing things differently because this is about you living your best life.

 

Step 3: SHINE

What you focus on grows and what you think about expands, so we're going to shine a light on your wins & learnings as you move forwards in your journey. The focus is on embracing this evolution of you & ensuring that the changes feel sustainable. So be prepared to build momentum, to be encouraged, to be celebrated & applauded, to hear & say positive things about yourself & your actions and to be inspired.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How quickly can I get started?

    There are options to take this bespoke coaching journey as part of a small group (limited to JUST 12 spaces, with the next group starting Monday 28 April 2025or entirely individually, at any time, subject to capacity. The group after that will begin on Monday 8 September 2025) . 

    How long is the programme?

    The minimum commitment is 3 months to give you the time and space to go deep enough to make the changes that are important to you. 

    And realistically, whilst I give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the amazingly rich support and content for 12 weeks, for best results I recommend making at least a 6-month commitment to yourself to really put the learning into place and to be supported in truly making it part of your life. 

    How much time do I need to commit to it?

    That is entirely up to you and what you're able to / want to commit.

    If you're planning to join for at least 6 months, you have the option to go deeper in your journey, at a slower pace. Whereas if you're intending to just do the 12 weeks you might want to dedicate more time to this each week. Either way though, if you're going to make the changes you seek in your life, it's essential that you start prioritising your own wellbeing and deliberately making space for yourself in your week. Nothing changes if nothing changes. 

    The next section gives you more of a sense of what I'm offering so you can start to protect space in your routine to reap the benefits. For best results, I'd estimate committing to c. 2.5-3 hours most weeks, split in whatever manner best suits you.

    What exactly will I get?

    • ME...at the end of your fingertips, every day! We'll use the Telegram app to communicate, using a combination of voice, text & multimedia for deep communication and feedback. This gives you the flexibility to connect anytime you have an issue, without having to wait until a specified time each week. (And it won't draw you into WhatsApp, Facebook or other communication methods that will likely add to your to-do list and provide unhelpful distractions). Whilst I obviously won't be able to respond every single minute of every day, the ability to get timely feedback and support, multiple times a day, on a daily basis, is really powerful from a coaching perspective.  It also means we can ensure that you have a bespoke plan for achieving your wellness goals, that we can then adjust, in real-time, to get more consistent and sustainable results. And all without having to travel anywhere, the need for any more Zoom calls and without rigid time slots in your busy diary.

    • Each stage of the process will have specific themes (as noted above) with activities for you to do and to reflect & feedback on and I'd really encourage you to embrace this reflection. Ultimately if doing what you've always done isn't working, it's time to try something different and this content is deliberately designed to get to the heart of that. And because we're all different there will be a TLDR ("too long didn't read") option for those of you shorter on time and headspace and a slightly lengthier option for those wishing to delve deeper. Plus different formats for the material (e.g. videos, worksheets, text, etc.).

    • I'm also looking at updating this over the Summer to be more flexible and better suited to those who are neurodivergent. 🌻 

    • And in case that wasn't enough, your members area will be full of powerful resources which include...
      • a wellness hub to ensure you really understand what drives happy healthy bodies (this is where the content on nutrition & gut health, on strength & suppleness, on menstrual cycles & hormonal transitions and on stress, sleep & recovery can be found).
      • workouts if you're in need of support and inspiration (both pre-recorded follow along videos, as well as written plans you can do at home or in the gym)
      • a mobility and release library containing lots of lovely release work, self massage and mobility flows (listed by body part) to release tension and to get you moving freely and mindfully
      • breathing & soothing practices for the nervous system to ensure that you feel regulated
      • journal prompts & other tools to help you focus on (and progress) what really matters
    • You also have the option of joining the wider accountability group for that all important sense of community with other clients on the programme, if you'd find that valuable. 

    But ultimately, the biggest value lies in changing your life and habits so as to start living your best life.

    What's my investment?

    This entirely flexible, yet deeply personalised coaching journey, gives you high end value without the high end price tag. This investment in yourself gives all of the above for 12 weeks for just 3 monthly payments of £233 / 1 payment of £699. And this will roll forward for as long as you feel you need, or want, the support.

    What if I need even more support?

    Subject to availability, you're most welcome to book additional 45 minute zoom / in person sessions. (Please note these are chargeable separately, at my regular client discounted rate.)

    What happens after the first 3 months ends?

    The intention is for this to be so much more than just a programme that you sign up to and follow for a few weeks or months, so you're welcome to stay for a long as you like - everyone's needs and journey will be different and I'm here to support you.

    You have to apply what you learn (making tweaks as you go) to experience the full benefits and your coaching space remains yours until you tell me otherwise.

    Plus I'm always adding additional content as the programme evolves to support you as much as possible.
